If you purchased your membership account online, you will be sent two emails

One is a confirmation email from "Media Direct" with your order details and the second is an account creation notification from "MPFMembersArea.com" which has your log in credentials and how to access your membership account.

Both of these emails will be sent to the email address that you used to purchase the membership account when you entered your payment method on the checkout page.

If you received an order form and sent in a payment through physical mail, your account was created for you.

An official acceptance letter was sent to the address that was filled out on your payment slip with your access credentials and instructions on how to access your membership account

You will also receive an email from "MPFMembersArea.com" with your credentials if you filled out the email field and/or a phone call notifying you of your account activation if you filled out your phone number.

If you did not fill out an email, you will be unable to receive notifications by email. If you obtain an email address at a later date or if you just forgot to fill it out, you can update your account by calling our billing office number, writing to our mailing address. These can be found at the bottom of your acceptance letter or by clicking on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page. 

You may also click on the "Update Account" link inside of your members area account once you have logged in to update any outdated information regarding your account.

Wrong username/password?

Please make sure that you are entered the correct credentials. Usernames are NOT case sensitivehowever passwords are sensitive and must be entered EXACTLY as they were created. 

If you have an email address attached to your account, you can reset you password by clicking on the "Forgot or lost your password" link directly under the log in button above.

If you ordered through physical mail, double check the capitalizations on your acceptance letterIf you are still unable to access your account, please contact us so that we can assist you.

Example: If "PassW-ord" was your password then "passw-ord", "PASSW-ORD", or"PASSw-ord" will NOT be accepted. It must be entered EXACTLY as "PassW-ord".
